FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE

Fiber laser technology for tube cutting offers many advantages: versatility, speed and precision. The machinery used by LT FIBER is designed to cut tubes of any section and material with fiber laser sources of 2 or 3 kW. Fiber laser cutting can also be used with high reflective materials such as copper and brass.

LT FIBER by MDL allows to cut tubes with a diameter up to 152 mm and a maximum length of 6500 mm.

2D LASER TUBE CUTTING MACHINE

As for 2D laser tube cutting, MDL uses three LT722D machines, an efficient and flexible machine, suitable for cutting stainless steel tubes, and products useful for various applications in the food and bio-medical industries, but also for automotive and furniture.

Compared to other machines, the LT722D is perfect for making adjustments, simple and clean cuts of tubes in small batches. As a matter of fact, in the production of small batches 2D laser cutting proves to be faster and more effective. The LT722D machine allows 2D laser cutting to be used for tubes up to Ø 152 mm in diameter and up to 6500 mm in length.
